COVID 19 POLICY

IKPUTU AUTO & ENGINES LIMITED is committed to providing, as far as reasonably practicable, for the health, safety and welfare of all staff, workers and contractors. This commitment extends to ensuring that our operations and activities do not place our customers at risk of harm, injury, illness or damage, which includes awareness & due diligence around the global public health emergency of the Corona virus; COVID-19.
We recognize our moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment in our workplaces for all persons and that the safety and well-being of all persons are being monitored. The WHO; World Health Organization website is our resource library for the Corona virus COVID-19 health alerts which will be reviewed daily.

STOPWORKPOLCY
We at IKPUTU AUTO AND ENGINES LTD in full assurance from the Managing Director have resolve in a bid to maintain that standard of incident and injury free operations, mandated all her employees to refuse to perform any work and to stop any work that they (employees) reasonably believe to be unsafe, without fear of losing their jobs. We have resolved to complete and trained all our employees in all safety training applicable to our jobs, carry out daily work place inspections, and participate in tool box meetings and job safety analysis (3SA). We must familiarize ourselves with all operations Health Safety and Environmental requirements that apply to our job and restate our resolve to follow all HSE rules. We must accept responsibility of our safety and the safety of our co- workers. If a co-worker points out any unsafe practices of ours, we must listen and take good faith and re-assess what we are doing. The management of IKPUTU AUTO AND ENGINES LTD is strongly in support of this policy and procedure and encourages all personnel to exercise the STOP WORK AUTHORITY whenever they observe any unsafe that does not comply with the use of our safe work practices without fear of discipline. There will be NO REPERCUSSION whatsoever to any personnel who stops unsafe work. Ensure to follow the Method of Reporting the stoppage. (STOP-NOTEFY-RESOLVE-RESUlgE)
